What is a Temperature Data Logger?
A measuring instrument with a temperature sensor (thermocouple, RTD, thermister, etc.) & a built-in memory, that uses the temperature sensor to measure the temperature and Record the readings over time. It records measurements at predefined intervals, offering a detailed overview of the monitored environmental conditions.
